403(b) Regulatory Update Released November 27, 2007
On Tuesday, November 27, 2007, the IRS released Revenue Procedure 2007-71
which provides further guidance to the final 403(b) regulations. The guidance
includes changes to information sharing agreement requirements, as well as a
