If you have forgotten your password, please enter your username below and click Submit. Next,
you will be prompted with the security question you provided during the registration process. Key in the answer
to your question and click Submit. If you have forgotten the answer to your security question, please
call Great American Plan Administrators at 800.695.1471 or send an e-mail to contactus@gaplandata.com for assistance.
If the answer you entered to your security question is correct, an e-mail with your password will be sent
shortly either to you (if you have employee or financial professional account access) or to the designated
contact person for your employer plan (if you have employer account access).
