Employer Access*
GA Plan Administrators provides access to view the allocation information and processing history of your employees as well as your remittance history. In order for this information to be accessible, GA Plan Administrators must be providing premium processing services to you.

Current Bill
Listing each employee currently set up to receive benefit contributions, this screen gives you the ability to submit remittance information via a secure Web connection. Employee contribution information can be revised or added and submitted electronically in lieu of remitting the information by fax or mail. You can sort the bill by name, Social Security Number, or employee number as well as view historical distribution information.

Edit Employee Information
From the Current Bill screen you can notify GA Plan Administrators of changes that need to be made to personal employee information, such as name, Social Security Number, and employee number.

Past Payments
Listing your prior remittances, Past Payments displays the processing detail for a particular date. After selecting a date, you can sort the information by employee name, Social Security Number, employee number, or investment.

To obtain account access as an employer, please contact GA Plan Administrators by calling 800.695.1471 or sending an e-mail to contactus@gaplandata.com.

Financial Professional Access*
GA Plan Administrators provides access to view the allocation information and processing history of your clients. In order for this information to be accessible, GA Plan Administrators must be providing premium processing services to the employer group, and you must be associated with that client (employee) in the GA Plan Administrators’ administration system.

Current Allocations
This section provides information regarding how contributions are currently being allocated for each of your clients. You can view the investment, dollar amount or percentage being allocated, and account number, if applicable.

Past Payments
Listing prior remittances for each employee, Past Payments displays your clients’ processing history. You can sort information by deposit date, investment, or account number.
